As a licensed MSW, I bring nearly 20 years of experience as a therapist working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My work has spanned private practice, group, and school settings, always with a focus on creating meaningful and lasting change.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches—including Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Play Therapy—tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual or family. My experience includes supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, relationship struggles and navigating life on the autism spectrum. I enjoy working with both children and adults, and I have a particular passion for supporting women who need a compassionate space to process the visible and invisible challenges of life.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that everyone is doing the best they can with the tools they have. I see the inherent strengths in every person and work to foster resilience, even in the face of life’s most difficult moments. I deeply value collaboration, open communication, and trust, and I strive to meet people where they are—providing a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, build coping strategies, and move toward personal goals.
I believe that every person deserves to be heard, to feel valued, and to access the support they need to find peace and fulfillment. Life is a journey filled with change, relationships, challenges, and joy—and as a therapist, I am honored to walk alongside my clients with empathy, insight, and compassion every step of the way.
