Autplay®
Autplay® is an approach to working with children and parents affected by Autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. It combines play therapy, behavioral therapy, and relationship development approaches together in a collaborative model to assist children and adolescents in gaining needed skills and abilities.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a research based integrative therapeutic approach to treating trauma and anxiety. Through EMDR therapy, clients are able to reprocess challenging thoughts and experiences until it is no longer psychologically disruptive.

Theraplay®
Theraplay® is an attachment-based, play-focused approach that helps strengthen the relationship between children and their caregivers. Through engaging, nurturing, and interactive activities, Theraplay supports trust, emotional connection, self-esteem, and healthy regulation. It can be especially helpful for children experiencing behavioral, emotional, relational, or attachment-related challenges.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. By identifying unhelpful patterns and developing practical coping skills, CBT can support meaningful changes in emotional well-being and everyday life.

Play Therapy
In play therapy, children learn to communicate with others, express feelings, modify behavior, develop problem solving skills, and learn a variety of ways of relating to others. Play therapy provides as safe, developmentally appropriate means for children to express thoughts and feelings, utilizing their natural language- play!

Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, navigate conflict, and better understand one another. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply want to enhance your relationship, therapy can help you develop healthier patterns and build a stronger partnership.
