Therapy for Adults, Young Adults, Adolescents and Children

As a Temporary Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (TLMFT), I work with individuals across the lifespan—from children to adults—using a collaborative, strengths-based approach. In my work with adults and young adults, I utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify strengths, clarify goals, and create meaningful change. With children and adolescents, I incorporate Client-Centered Play Therapy, creating a safe and expressive environment where young clients can explore emotions and experiences through play.

I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2023, and Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2025 from Mount Mercy University, where I developed a deep appreciation for the power of connection, resilience, and growth. Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or emotional struggles, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity.

I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative. Together, we’ll design a path forward that reflects your values, builds on your strengths, and enhances your personal well-being.
