I believe healing and long-term wellness begin with partnership. I value collaborating with patients and families to create personalized care plans where they feel heard, supported, and empowered.

As a certified pediatric nurse practitioner, I provide conventional medicine and medication management, along with integrative and holistic therapies. I hold certifications in functional medicine, auriculotherapy, and Heartmath® biofeedback, and have advanced integrative medicine training that includes lab testing, nutrition, and the use of herbal and vitamin supplements. These services are available for children, teens, and young adults through age 24. Auriculotherapy and HeartMath® biofeedback are also offered as stand‑alone wellness services for adults, focusing on nervous system support, pain relief, stress reduction, and emotional balance. These adult wellness offerings are non‑medical, self‑pay, and provided separately from my nurse practitioner practice.

My expertise in auriculotherapy is nationally recognized through my role as a consultant for an NIH‑funded research study and by teaching this technique across the country. Auriculotherapy stimulates specific points on the ear connected to different areas of the body. Using gentle electrical impulses and acupressure beads (often called ear seeds), nerves—including the vagus nerve—are activated to support the body’s natural healing processes. This modality can help with stress, pain, migraines, digestive issues, addiction recovery, weight management, and more.

By blending conventional medicine with integrative and functional approaches, I offer a holistic, evidence-based model of care that blends the best of modern science with natural therapies - helping patients achieve lasting health and resilience.
