As a nurse practitioner since 2009, I specialize in improving the health and wellness of children and young adults – up to age 24 - with chronic pain, migraine headaches, digestive disorders such as SIBO (small bowel intestinal overgrowth) and IBS (irritable
bowel syndrome), and mental health conditions.
I believe healing and long-term wellness begin with partnership. I value collaborating with patients and families to create personalized care plans. By fostering a space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered, we can achieve lasting improvements in overall health.
In addition to practicing conventional medicine, I hold a certification in functional medicine (CFMP) and have advanced training in integrative medicine, including herbal and vitamin supplements, and lab testing.

I am also a certified auriculotherapy practitioner and national expert, serving as a consultant for an NIH-funded research study and teaching the technique nationwide. Auriculotherapy is a non-invasive treatment that stimulates specific ear points, which are connected to different areas of the body. Using gentle electrical impulses and acupressure beads (commonly known as ear seeds), nerves—including the vagus nerve—are activated to support the body’s natural healing processes. It can help with stress, pain, migraines, digestive issues, addiction recovery, weight management, and more, and is available to both adults and children.
By combining conventional medicine with integrative and functional approaches, I offer a unique, evidence-based, holistic model of care that blends the best of modern and natural medicine.
Outside of work, I enjoy supporting my kids in their activities, unwinding with Netflix alongside my husband, singing along to Taylor Swift and Twenty One Pilots, and staying active through yoga and Peloton workouts.
