Auriculotherapy (Ear Seeds)

A non-invasive, research-supported technique that stimulates specific nerve pressure points on the outer ear to activate the body’s natural healing and response. Benefits include:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a research based integrative therapeutic approach to treating trauma and anxiety.  Through EMDR therapy, clients are able to reprocess challenging thoughts and experiences until it is no longer psychologically disruptive.

AutPlay®

Autplay is an approach to working with children and parents affected by Autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.  It combines play therapy, behavioral therapy, and relationship development approaches together in a collaborative model to assist children and adolescents in gaining needed skills and abilities.

Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT)

EDIT (Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy) is a comprehensive treatment approach, which is used to guide successful recovery from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and other types of unhealthy eating patterns. EDIT’s techniques are evidence based, the approach is solution focused, and the process is client centered. Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP)

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence based form of psychotherapy intended to help those with obsessive thoughts refrain from responding with compulsions or rituals. ERP gradually exposes clients to stimuli that induce their maladaptive responses. ERP is a proven approach to breaking the cycle.

Play Therapy

In play therapy, children learn to communicate with others, express feelings, modify behavior, develop problem solving skills, and learn a variety of ways of relating to others.  Play therapy provides as safe, developmentally appropriate means for children to express thoughts and feelings, utilizing their natural language- play!
